How we handle your data

Last updated 26 September 2026

Who we are

TupleTrace Limited is the data controller. We are a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland, company number 825857, with a registered office at 3 Waterville Row, Waterville, Dublin 15, D15 R652, Ireland.

For anything on this page, write to contact@tupletrace.com.

What we collect, and only when you send it

The contact form is the only place this site collects personal data. It asks for your name, email address, the reason for your enquiry and its details. A phone number and how you heard about us are optional.

We do not use analytics. There is no tracking, no advertising, and no profiling of visitors on this site.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use it to read and answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of the exchange. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us about our business, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where the enquiry is about entering into a contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b).

Who else sees it

Your submission is delivered to two services that act as our processors:

  • Slack, so we see the enquiry promptly.
  • Google Sheets, where it is recorded.

Both are operated by companies based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

For up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the enquiry leads to an ongoing business relationship, in which case we keep it for as long as that relationship lasts and for any period we are required to keep records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. It loads only when you start filling the form in, not when you open the page, so simply reading this site does not contact Google. Once it loads, Google receives information about your interaction under its own privacy policy and terms.

What we store on your device

One thing, and only if you ask for it: when you use the light and dark switch, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Google reCAPTCHA sets its own storage, but only after you begin using the contact form, as described above.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our using it. You can also ask for it in a portable format. Write to contact@tupletrace.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
